A part of the sleeve of a man’s shirt, made of fine white linen, which may have been used as a circumcision apron. The tight waist collar, fastened with a single button, incorporates a draped strip of fabric. The slit is lined with a frayed band of thin cotton fabric resembling lace.
The map shows the location of all the sites where the genizah items in the collections of the Jewish Museum in Prague were discovered (finds from other sites, such as Ivančice and Pacov, are not in the museum’s collections).
